He should be treated like every other person that does the same crime, hes no different than anyone else.

Cops never give the motoroist the benefit of the doubt anymore....it is about lining the coffers with fine money....Cops work on quotos...his quota is up...

In West Virginia the law states if you are convicted of domestic violence you can not own a gun. It's kind of hard to be a cop without a gun.

This "man" shows that he does not have good control over his temper. Anyone who works in law enforcement needs to be steady and trustful. He needs to be removed from any type of job that entails working a job where physical force can be misused.

None of us will really know what happened in that house that night. Justin is a good guy and a very good cop. If we had more of him helping our town, our town wouldn't have the drug problems that we have. "HE WHO LIVES IN GLASS HOUSES, SHOULD NOT THROW STONES".....

Termination. However I agree with tripjokerz everyone makes stupid choices in life and therefore have to pay the consequences. As for nothing but lies......Not everyone at the place he was @ is like that and besides everyone makes their own choices to drink or do drugs but it sounds like you hang with the wrong people if thats whats going on in your neck of the campground. most of us just enjoy camping, boating and a little drinking we deserve that we work hard and deserve a little relaxation.

Know him, always seemed like a good honest guy, I believe he just made a bad decsion, people do that from time to time. The problem is that when you work within Law Enforcement, you are held accountable to a higher standard, rightfully so!

You should remember where he was hanging out before this incident. A place where a lot of underage consumption and various illegal drugs are being used daily.

If he is guilty there will be no choice but to let him go.
